All the pipes and the other metal constructions are fabricated in our private contemporary workshop according to customers request and the drawings that we receive. Except for that our experienced engineers have the capability to design the piping networks according to both customers and class surveyor demands.

Then by examining the areas that piping networks will pass through and by taking into consideration the correct operation of each piping system we measure and design piping sketches so as to be fabricated by our technicians in the workshop. When we complete the piping constructions, we send them to the vessels or to the industrial units so as to be installed by our fitters.

The piping networks that we undertake to design, fabricate and install include all the piping systems such as:

By using contemporary means such as pumps and boosters we have the ability to make pressure tests so as to check the tightness of the piping spools that are fabricated in the workshop.
Furthermore we can test the tightness in completed piping systems either have been installed by our personnel or are already installed by means of the following liquid and gas: water, air, oil, nitrogen. The tests can be carried out to the maximum pressure of 300 bar.
